“You can’t wait for inspiration, you have to go after it with a club.” — Jack London
I find myself doing just that recently. Sharing and presenting the work I have been helping my clients create over the past few years with my “paint brush of light” has actually given me some rekindled inspiration. Its always fun to take a few minutes to reflect back and appreciate what you have helped create. More on that here. In the heart of the season, it’s sometimes hard to take that time. As we are just about ready to kick into our South Florida season again and I’m starting to get pretty excited!
So about the image…..
There are so many ways to share your art these days with blogs, facebook, print, etc etc etc, but one of the coolest ways I have found recently is with an online app called ANIMOTO.
It’s a really cool online tool for creating incredible slide shows of your work. I have just started dabbling a bit with it and think you might like it as well. In fact, below is a little video I put together walking you through the app.
As far as the layout of the image above, I used a print template from Matt Kloskloski from NAPP and Lightroom Tips (geez, I hope I didn’t bosh up the name spelling!) His site is right here. He has some pretty cool tips as well as print and processing presets for Lightroom. Definitely worth a trip over to his site!
Also, I created a slideshow from these images (as another example of a way you might choose to share your work) that you can see below. Enjoy 🙂
This online ap ROCKS and I highly recommend it for your next project. They have a couple of different pricing tiers to fit your budget. It’s worth a peak at the very least. Check it out here >>> Animoto OnLine and let me know what ya think!
