Category Archives: Réflexions aléatoires As I walked in the door this evening after a great dinner at Cityplace, I noticed a really cool reflection on the stainless steel fridge. I captured the linear lines and light streaks with the hope of using it for something. After the little one was tucked in, I created this layered image…..just a little… Note: I origionally had images up here from the museum. Apparently, the landmark is copyrighted and as a vendor there, I am respecting the fact that these are not to be published. Following is the origional blog spot post WITHOUT the images….. In an attempt to get a little caught up on posts, tonight’s ramble…  My little snipet of info about this image is gonna have to wait till later. Running lights at a black tie event in Palm Beach….and, well, the guests are walking in! Back atcha later Me again…..coupla hours later. Awesome show……crew showed up like clockwork for the load out. Nice to be slamming buttons behind the…  It’s amazing what you can see if you really open your eyes… For starters, there are many ways to view the same thing…. Perspective….it’s all in how you look at it…. Hmm…..makes you think a little bit….. Very profound Mike…., but….,….. Whats with all the dots…. ?  Sure its been shot a million times, but it seemed like a fitting end for my last few posts. Its nice to take a little mental vacation once in a while, and Paris seemed to be the best place to do it. I don’t care where in the world you have been, or how many…  Just outside of camera view is about 10 or so lanes of insane Parisian traffic circling around this fountain. Look one way, you see up the Champs E’lyse’es to the Arc de Triumph….look another and you are looking at the Esplanade des Invalides….yet another (the way I approached it) and you are in the Jardin…  As we come to a close of another wonderful Thanksgiving Day, its time for me to personally reflect on what this holiday really means to me. My life has changed a lot over the course of the last couple of years. One thing that has helped me keep focus has been a daily acknowledgement of…  I think by now, its pretty well known that I love to travel. I embrace and treasure each and every journey I have been blessed with the opportunity to take. It is with mixed feelings, however, that I reflect back on one that is coming to a close. Hiking in the swiss alps, moped riding…  To be fortunate to have had the opportunity to wander this incredible city in China even if only for 48 hours is one I will always be grateful for. There are events that I work on, there are gigs that pay the bills, there are shows that I enjoy designing, and then there are really…  As I await the arrival of the bellman here in Shanghai, I am acutely aware of a couple of things. First, when did I start overpacking? I used to trek through Europe for 2 months at a clip with 1 bag. One! Well, maybe a small day pack as well. Now, I am carrying a bit more…
