My goal, albeit a simple one in retrospect, was basically not to slip and fall in the raging waters submerging a backpack of about $ 8,000 worth of camera gear into the drink! I am sure however, that would have been quite the show for the 20 or so photographers just outside of the cameras field of view. Sorry to disapoint them, but I am sure there will be other opportunities to watch this clutz slip and slide, so stay tuned!
