Bumbling into #HammondCastle

Somewhere along the coast of Maryland (Glouster I think), I stumbled upon this place. Kinda fun to refer to a castle as something you just stumble into. This little area just outside of the main house was a pretty cool place to watch the evening sky turn. I am sure that these arches would have framed an amazing sky, if there was one this particular night that is. A perfect shot to create a mirror image with though 🙂

If you find yourself bumbling down the coast like I did, here is a quick link to the site. Its called Hammond Castle. There is a mote around the thing and a drawbridge I think if I recall correctly. Very “Beauty and the Beast” kinda vibe. Castle vibe. (Betcha I am the first to ever say “Castle Vibe”….)
