The Daily Image – Fall Color Starts to Appear

So this is a quick repost of a previous image…for a couple of reasons.

I am working on a new workflow in which I serve and store all of my image posts FIRST on my SmugMug portfolio gallery, and then reference them on the blog here. This will serve a couple of purposes, but I am still working out all the kinks and such. With this approach, you should be able to click on the image for most of the pics I post in the future and be taken to the SmugMug site for purchase options. Lets test this out now shall we?

I know, too many details, but I like sharing the process…and this image from the archives just seems to fit into the season!

I still hope I can sneak out and catch some color this year, but I am really running out of time!

Quick Tips Tuesday – Tripods, Ball-heads, and L Brackets

So I’ve been asked a few times about the L bracket and tripod system I like to use, so I created this quick video for ya, Don’t worry, I’ll get these tips down to a couple minutes each (I hope!)
