High on the hill overlooking the aqua pool of life in Big Sur

If you are like me, as you explore a coastline as beautiful as California with the camera, there is a strange and unwritten obligation of sorts. The self induced obligation to bring back a piece of the beauty that just seems to unfold before you. The stress of course, if you let it, is to be at that special place just as the golden light starts to paint its incredible color on the scene before you. Lucky for me, I just happened to find this place when that special time of day arrived!
