Hollywood Studios 2010 – Angels in the Sky

WOW, seems like I have taken a bit of a blog post break here again. I made a decision early in the holiday season not to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, and it appears I also put my art on the back burner too!

At the beginning of the week, I took a little trek up to Orlando with my sunshine girl to explore a bit of the wonder of the House of Mouse. Its been a while since I had a chance to see the creative and magical touch of Mickey and the gang during Christmas time. Here on the back lot of Hollywood Studios, I took a few moments to get away from the crowd for a unique perspective of the annual Osmond Family lighting display. I hadn’t really expected to be able to capture the ambiance as the place was packed with people, until I found this out of the way nook. (Gotta love those nooks huh?) As I perched down to capture a few frames, it seems like my little girl appreciated our quite little place as well. As she danced about the empty sidewalk to the beautiful music, without a care in the world, I was again reminded of how precious life is. Love, peace, and happiness…..
