Taken along a really cool hike just outside of Zermatt that I was able to get to thanks to one of those incredible Swiss engineering marvels…the cogwheel train. How cool is this concept? Take the early train all the way up the mountain to one of Europe’s highest rail stations, and hike downhill…..all the way back to town. Pack a few goodies and a couple liters of water though, as it’s still a bit of a trek! It’s no wonder all those swiss seem to be in the best shape 🙂
