Meet the Artist – Elia Locardi

“Learn the rules like a pro, so you can break them like an artist” – Pablo Picaso

Since 2009, Elia and his wife have taken on a “Location Free” existence. Traveling the world, one country at a time, sharing the beauty of this amazing planet with the world. While searching for HDR photography inspiration a few years back, I came across Elia and his art on line and have been a faithful follower ever since.

This style of living as a somewhat nomadic artist has of course always interested me as well ever since my early European backpacking days!

As you can see below, his art is AMAZING! I am pretty sure that the jaw dropping shot below from Metora (a place I have always wanted to visit!) was my first introduction to his passionate work. Worth a book mark and a follow as he is always traveling somewhere cool!
