Nightime near the Capitol – Denver, Colorado

If you have wandered about any large city here in the states late at night armed with a huge tripod and excessive camera gear, your bound to eventually get harassed unnecessarily by the tripod police. I never really understood that at all. Lucky for us though, that was not the case here in Denver. We wandered about this “tripod friendly” park just in front of the Denver capitol for the better part of 2 hours searching for our own unique view while of course, trying to keep out of each others shot! Frankie shot a bit of video as well….perhaps a bit of that might make it here on the blog soon. Some of it was classic silliness! Good times……

Beautiful composition, love how you processed it. I don’t get the tripod police either. They are really bad on Portland, OR. Not one but two at a time accost you as if you’re some type of violent felon.ReplyCancel
