Overlooking the meadow at Yosemite and then meet the artists, ProjectYose

“Keep close to Nature’s heart… and break clear away, once in a while, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.” – John Muir

The bench, like a front row seat to a daily kinetic painting, gets to see this everyday!

Lucky bench…

Crack of dawn, if you are up then of course, the meadow before you comes alive as its canvas of gold accepts the brush strokes of light streaking its way over the ridge just over camera left. The granite face beyond that….an ever changing background to this amazing dance of light.

Overlooking the meadow in Yosemite

Un until now, my weekly look into the art of someone that “moves” me has been just that…..one person.

This week, after a quick search into Vimeo for some moving art from Yosemite, I found this. An amazing creation from over 30 photographers, time-lapse creators and artists working together!

Meet the Artists – ProjectYose

Nothing short of amazing.

Makes me realize that after a few short days in Yosemite valley, I saw almost nothing at all!

Before you watch the second video below, watch this first teaser for a little bit about the depth of work that goes into the art!
