Reflections of a Journey

How cool is this concept of sharing your art by the way. After nearly 2 and a half years of posting images and random thoughts here on flickr and on my blog, I still have to sometimes stop and think about how cool that is. With that being said, I hope you enjoy this little piece I worked tonight. I captured what became the base of this piece after slamming on the brakes and pulling a u turn somewhere in the middle of New Hampshire. After I picked up the camera that happened to slide its way right off the front seat during this abrupt stop for color, I let the serenity of the scene pull me in to absorb its beauty. (that didn’t sound too corny did it?)

There continues to be a lot of change going on out there. In fact, the only real constant in life IS change. Great if you are one to embrace it…..more of a challenge to those who resist it. Regardless of which type you are, it can still be a bit maddening to keep up the pace, as John Mayer sings about in this song.
