Somewhere around the lake – Lake Como, Italy

Seriously, I have NO idea where I took this. Well, a general idea yes, but the exact town is a bit fuzzy. I get that way when I travel. Its a visual feast out there and I hate bogging myself down with the details. I guess I should really start geo-tagging these on location and using the power of google when I get back. Hmm, I gotta get on that…..

I love these little uncrowded cathedrals and interiors that blanket the European continent. I was actually a bit surprised as I stumbled into this little gem. I wasn’t expecting to find anything quite like this so I had left my tripod over at the hotel…..on the other side of the lake. After contorting my body for a low angle while handholding the camera, I cranked out a few exposures and hoped for the best.

I didn’t spend enough time around this area. I tend to skate out WAY too fast to ever fully appreciate some of these cool little towns. Did I mention that I once took a train into Venice for a 4 hour visit? LOL….. Yeah, I know…silly….

Anyway, I put together a little series of timelapse clips from this part of Italy that I hope to post soon, so check back for that!

Enjoy the weekend 🙂
