Taking the road less traveled (or at least the one I have yet to travel)

Change…..the only constant in life right? I know I’ve had my share of change over the past few years that’s for sure. It can become quite maddening if you let it.  The key is of course not to over-think it. Embrace it for what it is……a change that was eventually bound to take place. A change that will surely be the best move for someone very dear to me……

Perhaps a weeeee bit deep for this travel photo blog……in fact, I’m not sure why I typed it. And I am quite sure you must be wondering what the hell I am even talking about! Same here…..

I guess I should have a more personal blog for silly rambles like that…..

Anyway…hey…….I’m heading out on another cool trip tomorrow. Nothing like a last minute trip into the unknown to get back to source. My plan is to fly into London and explore for a couple of days, grab a train and ferry for a more scenic approach to Ireland. I will then head into the Irish countryside for a bit of bumbling about as I attempt to capture a bit of the beauty that I have seen so often. I then have a 3 day ticket to the ultra cool music festival called Oxegen. The line up is pretty awesome. I’ve traveled across the pond several times, but never explored west of London. I hear its incredible!

I don’t usually post that often as I bumble about, but I might change it up a bit this time. I’ve been getting quite a few tips from a facebook friend of mine that is originally from Ireland (I think you are) and I think I’m kind of obligated to stay a bit current LOL! Thanks a bunch Fiona! You have uncovered quite a few locations for me and as I love to bumble about a bit, I’d hate to miss out by meandering about the country like a lost idiot. (That may still happen actually). Your help is much appreciated.

The line up is quite diverse as you can see. Here a couple the acts I am looking forward to seeing live. Don’t think I’ll be lugging the big gun camera into this place, but I’m sure the Iphone camera will get loaded up!
