Driving up the coast can be a bit challenging for the photographer. Searching for turnoffs, slowing down as you explore for those little undiscovered coves (as the jackass behind you has a different agenda), unsure of the best place to capture those postcard perfect images you have always seen. That was how my trip up the Oregon Coast was a while back. If I had to do it again, there would be a bit more planning….all right, SOME planning. I was lucky to have stumbled onto this scene just outside of Gold Beach at precisely the right time.
I was thinking of doing a bit of exploring up the other coast of the county next month. No plans yet (gee, that sounds oddly familiar), but I am thinking perhaps the Maine Coast. Any suggestions for that area?
